Comments (background and assessment) In 2020, the bonus can only be delivered to individuals buying a car emitting a maximum of 20 g.CO2/km. Bonus of 6,000€ for cars under 45,000€; 3,000€ for cars above that threshold. No bonus for cars above 60,000€ ( The malus starts being implemented at 110 g.CO2/km, with a maximum amount of 20,000€ ( Bonus maintained at 900€ for electric two- and three-wheelers. Subsidies for bikes are distributed through the premium for the purchase of bikes ( ).
