"the Agrarian Law is responsible for regulating land ownership and user rights. According to this law, there are 3 types of lands: agriculture, livestock or forestry lands, and does not recognizes lands dedicated to conservation, an aspect that could enter into conflicts with the General Law for Sustainable Forest Development and with the REDD+ mechanisms. This act also establishes certain restrictions to companies in the forestry sector."
