Reorganization of on-street parking: Creation of city zones to assign payment tariffs. To be introduced in 2019 

Public transport measures: Bus network optimization, BRT corridor, taxi regulation, bus fleet renewal. Number of mini-buses to be halved (from 478), bus corridor to be implemented at the beginning of 2019, purchase of 40 new EURO 5 diesel and 10 electric buses.
