MEMR Regulation No. 4/2025 is a regulation issued by Indonesia’s Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR) in 2025. This regulation introduces several key advancements compared to previous biofuel regulations (2008 and 2015), which primarily focused on biodiesel (B100) and bioethanol (E100).

The regulation includes:

Biodiesel (B35): 35% palm oil-based biodiesel blend for diesel fuel.
Bioethanol (E10): 10% ethanol blend for gasoline.
Diesel Biohydrocarbon (D100): 100% hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO) for diesel replacement.
Bioavtur (J100): 100% bio-jet fuel for aviation.
