The Malaysia Energy Efficiency Action Plan is focused on issues pertaining to energy supply by managing demand efficiently. It promotes energy efficiency aiming to save up to 594 MWh of electricity over the planned period against a business-as-usual (BAU) scenario. The plan creates a road map for energy efficiency for the next 10 years, investing in research and development of clean technologies.
