The National Environmental Restoration Program 2025–2030 (PNRA) is a legally binding, integrated policy to restore degraded ecosystems. It aims to restore 100,000 hectares of forests by 2030, 30% of degraded coastal/marine ecosystems, and 1,500 hectares of urban forests, while promoting social justice, community participation, and inter-institutional coordination.
