Ethiopia's latest Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) target, submitted in September 2025, aims to reduce emissions by 70.3% by 2035 compared to business as usual. This includes an unconditional 40.7% reduction from domestic resources, and the remaining reductions are conditional on international support.
