Project ELBE is an incentive programme for EV charging infrastructure and integrating EV chargers into buildings. The goal is to install 7,000+ intelligently controlled charging stations in the city of Hamburg. Recepients can receive between 40 and 60% of eligible costs for: the purchase of charging stations; electrical system upgrades in buildings. It can be used for covering: the charging station and its installation; connection to the local power grid; running costs including maintenance; 24/7 hotline and billing services.
